You agree to fully indemnify Skydivedudes.com in the event of legal proceedings being brought against Skydivedudes.com, in consequence to it using any Submission or allowing the posting of any Comment. • In the event of a Submission or Comment being a subject of concern to any user of the Web Site or to Skydivedudes.com itself, Skydivedudes.com may, at its absolute discretion, remove that Submission or Comment, in whole or in part, from the Web Site. Nothing in this paragraph shall act to:

Liability
